Danielle Sweeney
Having been raised a Northerner in Michigan, shaped by 12 years on the East Coast, and recently proudly calling New Mexico home — Danielle brings her signature mix of Midwest heart, East Coast hustle, and Southwest spirit to Rowdy Squad FO. As both a social worker, military spouse, mom and community leader, Danielle brings a unique heart-centered approach to her role as Director of Cheer Operations for Rowdy Squad FO. She blends her background in advocacy and mental wellness with a passion for cheer, assisting me in creating a program that empowers athletes through movement, positive mindset, and mentorship. Her focus goes beyond performance—she builds spaces where kids feel supported, confident, and connected. Through structure, compassion, and community collaboration, Danielle ensures that Rowdy Squad FO continues to shine as a safe, empowering environment for all youth to grow and thrive.
Lions Co-Coach
Monica Lucero
Known as the calm in the chaos, Coach Monica brings light-hearted energy and steady support to every practice. As a certified New Mexico Cheer Coach, she’s the helping hand and trusted sidekick for our Lions Elementary Team, always ready with encouragement, patience, and a smile.

Her balance of warmth and guidance helps our youngest athletes learn the ropes while feeling safe, supported, and confident. Whether she’s helping perfect routines or celebrating small wins, Coach Monica makes sure every Lion shines — reminding us that teamwork, laughter, and heart are what make the Rowdy Squad truly ROAR.
