​Rowdy Squad is more than a cheerleading program — we’re a family built on heart, belonging, leadership, and community. Yes, we teach chants, tumbling, stunts, performances, and competition skills, but what truly sets us apart is the culture we create beyond the mat. Led by a diverse team with backgrounds spanning coaching, community advocacy, healthcare, social work, education and service, we strive to create a space where athletes and families from all walks of life can show up exactly as they are, feel accepted, and grow into confident individuals both inside and outside of cheer. We don’t just talk about community, we live it. We celebrate together inside and outside of practice, support one another through difficult seasons, and show up when it matters most. We don’t just say we give back, our athletes and coaches are actively involved in volunteering, leadership opportunities, and service throughout our communities, helping shape compassionate, resilient young leaders whose impact reaches far beyond the sport of cheer.
